Text messaging program

Program description: When you opt in on our website, you may receive two types of text messages from Grace Johnson (Grace J Systems LLC), Loan Officer with West Capital Lending, depending on which consents you give:
- Informational messages: replies to your questions, appointment reminders, document requests, and loan status updates.
- Marketing messages (only if you separately opt in): rate updates, loan program information, and special offers.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and loan activity.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or loan.

If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or notify us so we can update our records.
