We collect information you provide directly to us through our contact form, including your first name, last name, phone number, and email address, along with your choices about receiving text messages.
When you submit the form, we also automatically record technical information needed to document your request and consent, such as the date and time of submission, the page you submitted it from, your IP address, and your browser type. - Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
None of these categories include text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which are never shared with third parties.
Mortgage applications
This website only collects contact information. If you later apply for a mortgage loan, the personal and financial information you provide in your application is also governed by the privacy notice provided by the lender or mortgage company handling your loan, as required by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
